As cool as that is..do you really want to run TWO desert eagles, a Grenade launcher AND a ciras?? Yikes... that would be hard to play in.
On topic, I would say if your set on the ciras use that to mount your DE mags, throw grenades and maybe a few shells. Then get something like this :
