how much money do you want to throw at upgrading it?
if you're going to put in new busings do some general maintenance:
-completely clean and re-grease the mechbox and components
-re-shim
-inspect the switch assembly for damage from arching/use. replace as necessary
-inspect wiring for damage. specifically areas where it bends or is exposed to grease/oil and the opening for the pinon. replace as necessary
-inspect gears from broken or worn teeth. replace as necessary
-inspect piston/head, cylinder head and nozzle for damage and compression. replace as necessary
-check that the AR latch isn't worn. replace as necessary
-etc...
Or if you're me, forget doing the maintenance and just pull everything out and drop in new parts. lol
