Unfortunately for us in Quebec, WW2 airsoft is still new (we are only 2 active players with correct WW2 impression; me and another guy named Cabana which introduced me to the whole WW2 airsoft genre). I was wondering how the WW2 style airsoft was evolving around canada.
BoGrain, you are right that OAWWIIR is mostly for Ontario Players but the forum is for anyone that would like to join a WWII community and discuss everything from uniforms to weapons. So feel free to sign up on the forum... that goes for anyone that is interested in WWII. The day in history thread is a great read.

Anyway, back on track...

Call sign Leecas and the following is my WWII info...

Cpt. Lee Cassar (Re-enactor)
Easy Company 2/506th
101st Airborne

I field either a Thompson or a M14 that I converted to look like a M1 Garand. My side arm is the 1911A1.

Our unit will be fielding the 1919A4 30 Cal machine gun that I built from scratch. More toys to come in the near future.

Our unit and and a few other units in our group not only do airsoft but we also do WWII Living history events as well.
