yes hello its me again, and im aware that im still under age. I dont go shoot my friends I shoot targets in my basement

Ok, I seem to have a slight problem with my M4A1. While shooting my target, i've noticed that the bb, starts to curve up very quick, right before it hits the target, my red dot sight, that came with the gun, is sighted in, i've heard about somthing called hop-up? could this be the problem? because i've noticed when I pull back on this loading thing, at the top, it makes a little flap open, and when I pull it all the way back, it shows this little wheel type thing.

Any help would be nice thanks.

EDIT: I've just noticed, that this might not be the right place for this post, if its not can a staff member move it please.
