Help Assembling Gearbox v3

Hi guys

Recently bought me a galaxy mp5 gun and the piston inside decided to crap out on me.

Anyways I managed to purchase a new piston and tried to install it in my gearbox but now I cant get the damn thing going!

The issue is that the motor would be able to move the piston back to the furthest back position buy from there it just gets "stuck" in place. The gears jammed and the piston just wont move forward anymore.

Anyone have any ideas what is causing this???

thanks!

I know this might be a little too late to answer this, but it's possible that a shim or two came out of their place when you disassembled or reassembled things.

try taking it apart and putting it back together again. Its probly the anti-reversal latch jumping out of place. when reassembling the mechbox try getting it in the first time, if you dont get it in the first time you have to re-align things again. putting a screwdriver at the back of the spring guide to hold it in place really helps.

Try putting it together without the spring and cycling it. That might let you figure out what's hanging up.

I really do love trying to help people out, but it's kind of difficult when they don't submit their complete user information.
Sifu, if you are in the GTA, send me a PM and well get that box up and going.
