SO I fixed my mp5! Turns out teh battery was low hehehee... Little problem im getting sometimes is. My gun shoot full auto on semi sometimes. I dont know why but when i shot after a while it scared me that 3 bbs came out. I held down the trigger and it shot alot of bbs. So jsut wondering is this natural.? Lol. Thanks

What brand is your mp5?

If it's a china made, the problem could be the cut-off lever. I've had many similar problems with china guns that I worked on for customers.. It could be as simple as to change the cut-off lever for an aftermarket(Systema) one.

Hope this helps you.

I had the same problem when I somehow lost the selector plate spring. Its a tiny spring that sits on the outside of the mechbox in a little groove at the top of the plate.

Bic lighter spring can fix that, just cut it to size and go.

It's a more common problem than you think ccssneo, my CA has the same problem. It is an easy fix, either do what Renegade) said or order the actual part from any number of airsoft retailers. I have yet to fix it too, but with me it's more out of laziness due to the fact that my MP5 is my redheaded stepchild that I occasionally let out of the basement to see what real sunlight looks like.
