VFC Avalon Calibur Carbine upgrades

I am thinking of buying a VFC Avalon Calibur Carbine and have some money for upgrades. What would you recommend? Hop up/ inner barrel/motor
Also, if I put a stronger spring in [450 fps] could it handle it without too much stress on its parts?
