KWA MP7 Rear Receiver Cover Assembly
 

Hello,

A few weeks ago I broke the rear receiver cover (part #23) in an unfortunate gravity related incident (dropped the gun). This week I received a replacement part from KWA, and I disassembled the rear cover before I understood how to put it back together.

As you can see in the diagram it looks pretty easy to all the parts back in. However, I cannot get the placement of the spring (part #118) correct in the receiver cover. Without it the collapsible stock release will not work.

Any ideas?

Figured it out.

It was a matter of technique more than anything else.

1) Loosely install #25 and #26 in #23.
2) Put #118 in place, and leverage the spring ends to the tops of #25 and #26.
3) Insert #96, and check the movement.
4) Secure with #136.
