Is Fcsurplus.ca is safe?
 

Have someone ever had ordered something in this website? Does it seems legit?

i ordered a backpack from them. arrived on time and in saleroom condition. no complaints

Their website is awful. Tried ordering a gun from their site once. After checking AND calling, I was assured that the item I wanted was in stock... It wasn't. I received an email after a week telling me so. Just call and ask them to physically check if they got something, their site is havoc.

I ordered twice, first order was quick and perfect. They shipped the wrong item on the second order. I emailed them, they asked me to ship it back to them (they reimbursed me for shipping) and promptly sent the correct item.

I've bought from them at least 4 times, never had any problems

They have a very large store with a ton of different items ... which means lots of product numbers. They have a dedicated airsoft/paintball section in the store and they had great walk-in customer service and sounds like online as well. I would say totally safe store to deal with.

Never ordered off their website, but their actual store is legit, shopped their many times.
