Not much more to say, I doubt TM will have a full size aeg L85 since there have been confirmations that it is indeed intended to be a boys gun.

Full metal + Authentic plastic, w00t!

Holy Crap the LMG looks great!

The sights are kind of funny looking, looks like a raised Armalite sight

plastic gearbox? V2? Doesn't look like a V2 would fit.

Yeh thats the kind of shitty part, Airsoft Club has their Academy L85's with version 6 gearboxes, why oh why did star choose to use version 2...

It will be interesting to see how well they turn out. I am looking forward to reading a review or two.

You'll see those on M249's as well. Just another hand placement when the gun is mounted I guess.

It might be for center allignment shooting, instead of your left hand on the foregrip, its on the trigger, and your right hand is at the back, giving you a center allignment when shooting. Could also be used for quick horizontal target aquisition.

I've used a few C9's that had a vert grip on the back. Alot more comfortable when using a bipod.

I just hope it accept TM STANAGs. That would be toooooo good.

The vert grip is for the light support (AKA SAW) version of the L85, the L86.
