9.6V Butterfly or V shaped battery for M4A1 Handgaurds need mods to fit?

Hello, will I need to modify my handgaurds or outerbarrel in anyway for a 9.6v 2700Mah NiMH V shaped or butterfly. I also heard that for a battery of this size I will need to remove my fusebox, is this correct? Which battery style will fit better in the handgaurds. And if it makes any difference, I have a G&P M4A1 commando.

If any one has had experience with this site before please leave comments

PS if anyone can help me getting a battery I specified that'd be much appreciated, I've tried alot to get one but I guess replies to your PM's are hard to come by these days. If someone can refer me to an online battery store that you have had a positive dealings with that'd be great.

Thanks

Mike

if you have a G&P then you will be able to fit the 9.6V 1700 nunchuck/butterfly no problem, with no mods required. as far as the V Batterys go i have not tried them, i have heard they are a tight fit. I would go with the nunchuck just to be safe.

As far as the site goes they show USD prices, I would go with something a little more local that is for airsoft.

I just bought a G&P M4A1 also, if you do go with that V battery let me know how it works G_unit. Just PM me or post here. Also on an unrelated topic I was walking up Sherbourne St. in Toronto today and walked like 2 feet away from 50cent. They are filming his new movie around town. He was just standing on the sidewalk on a cellphone by himself, the camera crew was on the other side of the street.

G_UNIT!!! i would advise caution before ordering from the site you posted. I heard several people get screwed from that particular supplier. go on ebay, there is a GREAT AND RELIABLE supplier called eHobby Asia...he has what you are looking for at a great price.
