Yes, the Real Sword will be my next purchase as well. But I like the Type 56. It also has unique serial number, worthy of collection.

Just remember that the hop up rubber is very stiff. I suggest changing it for a softer one.
I agree with the hop-up comment. ALSO I seem to be the only one with this experience but I managed to put a crack in the pistol grip. They made them very thin in order to make the dimensions as close as possible to the real thing....however the real type 56 doesnt have a F***ing motor in it. I talked to RS and they mailed me a new grip and 4 new mags too :) tres happy, it was an expensive replacement but tres happy

What, no motor in you gun. They must of forgotten or ran out on the assembly line... Lol.
Specs. I am a little jealous of your gun. Awesome weight and feel.
Waiting for Airsoft depot to get the standard type 56 models in stock. This is also my next purchase along with some PLA gear.

the type 56 is actually better than 56-1,because i do hear bunch of guys complaining about the folding stock.
Folding stock issues are minor. If you want a folder, get the realsword.
Keep your wood oiled though, otherwise it can crack if you live in dry areas. The wood ages nicely if it is kept oiled. |
