Modern Warriors Combat Load Report
 

Report is from 2003, but IMO it's interesting and brings up some good points and I think it can be a good reference for some of you guys. Pretty much covers every piece of kit you will see being worn by each Soldier in a Rifle Company, and the weight, etc and goes over the pros and cons of it all and recomendations.

Study is based off a TF Devil(2-504th PIR, 82nd Airborne) during their tour in Afghanistan/2003
