Tokyo Marui Boys

I was wondering y no1 is selling guns on the buy and sell on the forums. ppl are only selling gun parts. And also is there any retail stores in toronto? And i was wondering if u can still get the tokyo marui boys m4a1 and the mp5.

techobo August 8th, 2007 13:10

I think you have to be age verified to be able to see gun sales. As for stores, there just aren't very many anymore :|

You're not age verified (must meet a representative and prove you're 18+) so you can't access the gun sale forums.

There are basically no airsoft walk-in stores in Canada.

They're rare in Canada because they're made for kids, where as airsofting is an adult activity here.

surebet August 8th, 2007 13:20

Avoid them like the plague, buy something else.

TokyoSeven August 8th, 2007 13:20

A female friend of mine was interest in picking up airsoft, she was to slight to hoist an armlite since shes just little, we thought about getting her an m16boys but weve tossed that idea out and have just started shopping through the age verified classifieds for something that would suite her size.

surebet August 8th, 2007 13:26

There are plenty of quality SMGs that will be at home in the hands of a smaller person. MP5s and P90s come to mind, amongst others.

The BOYS series are exactly for that, for little boys. Horrible FPS, no accessories fit, crap.

If 8 year olds in the third world can hoist an AK47 with a full mag in the African sun, I am sure your first world girlfriend can pull the burger out of her mouth long enough to hoist an AEG at waist level...

shhheesh.

lol.. I think he was joking. If not.. ouch....

M4 "boys" is for pedo bear!@ !11

Scarecrow August 8th, 2007 14:16

Yeah I was half joking. I have a general rule though, if you can't pick the weapon up, you can't use it. You have to be able to bear down on a moving target and concentrate on the job and hand. If you're distracted by weight then that AEG is not for you. Its just logical.

Have a look at the M733 Commando or shorter CAR15 style M4's. In stock with a plastic body my 7 year old kids runs around the house with it with little difficulty. If you show up at a game with a TM Boyz you're going to get owned.

Lakonian August 8th, 2007 14:51

CQB/R with a bushmaster light stock, and aluminum barrel. Can't carry that? Then airsoft isn't for her.

Oh, I forgot to mention.. I have an AK, and I have some trouble going up'n'ready with it..

Those who know me, know I'm no stick man..

Scarecrow August 8th, 2007 15:13

I routinely game with a minimum 30lb loadout and a 14lb M16A4 full metal gun with bipod and full stock. For lightweight I will shed the loadout down to about 10lbs and go with my 6lb C8. But I also don't bounce around the field and will take my time with the occasional burst of running or moving to cover as the game dictates. I started exercising about 2 years ago and have been ever since, in part, to be able to play airsoft without passing out from the exertion.

Of course, thats why we tossed out the boys idea right off the start, it was more of just a passing silly comment. We've since been shopping the age verified classifieds, but have yet to commit to anything.

Most people's issue with dealing with the weight of their weapons has little to do with strength and a lot to do with body posture....

I see far to many people taking weight back shooting postures... or hunching over their weapon like they are screwing a basketball...

Even a small person can easily handle any weapon between 4-6 kg if they have a clue how to hold it... and engage their body in the task.

basic basics... learn em

Noted, thanks for the suggestion. Shes good with the weight of my M4. The only issue she had with an M16 or a C8 was that it was too long and slightly awkward for her to handle. An Mp7 or MP5 would be great probly, oh hey why not a P90. I'll have to write that down to remind myself later. I so didnt mean to thread hijack, oh well.

And now I distract you all with this!

i'll get the kindling for the flames that shall start spreading soon... hopefully.

Good work also on your lack of ability to use the search button, because its so hard to operate, but it is way easier to just jump into a thread with an unrelated topic and begin posting random questions.

Swordfishspiegel August 12th, 2007 16:46

yeah i have no idea how to create a new form so i just picked a random one hoping for some info

Your thinking of the C7. C8 is the Canadian version of the m4. Just thoguht you should know.

Also the P90 is a nice little SMG witha decent sized barrel highly recomended for more petite people.

Your in the wrong waters mate. And you don't create a new forum you create new threads. Go to the home page click on forums. When you in there find the section you should be in. After you found which one click on it and there is a big button at the top that says "New Thread".

Doing what you just did cause people to get angry because A. Your to lazy to figure it out. or B. Your just stupid. Sorry for the harshness but I mean c'mon you could have at least used the search button.

Anyways let's get back on track in finding this lady the right weapon for her friend.
