But I wanted to post this thread to relate my experience.

At 10:00 I tried checking out at airsoftparts. I picked out a pick and mix of parts and the oh so critical 850 8mm bb's I need for my new shotgun which is a paper weight currently.

I was having a SQLi error upon checkout. I figured my sunday game was shot to hell and on a whim I emailed there sales force at around 10:30.

I got a read response, a email back and at 11:28 I had a paypal bill sent to me, my 8mm bb's set to priority shipping and the rest express.

I have never had a better customer experience ever. When I am sent an email I got a insanely fast response and WAY after hours.

Yeah they rule big time.

Jugglez has a built in money sniffer in his head, he can smell it from across the country in both real and electronic means. It brings him out of deep sleeps including those induced by alcohol or meds. You could probably email him at 2:30am and still get a fast reply. :)

I usually don't even have to hit the send button, and I've got a response with a price to my request from him........

As an update, Less than 12 hours after I payed my 8mm's and other parts where sent. I am getting the BB's tomorrow morning.

This has seriously been the absolute best customer service I have experienced. I will be buying all the parts and accessories I need from them now.

Jugglez never disappoints. CanPost buggered up an order, he had a replacement sent out to me before they even got the original back. A quick phone call and he had me looked after.

jugglez is a great guy to deal with.. i pick up my stuff in person when possible and that is good and bad.. go there to buy a piston head for like $12 and walk out spending $120 on other stuff that catches my eye lol

The orders have gone out fast and arrive on time, like clockwork. Everything is always well packed.

Hope he keeps expanding his stock, the more he carries the more he'll become my one-stop shop.

Not only does he gives a stellar service, but also he is very helpfull, sometimes I send him an email about which parts would be best and what I should order and even if it is not a direct sale he still answers without delay.

I've been searching for this thread. Good thing I found it because I was about to write one and begin with the same starting sentence, lol.

Anyway, they're great, but I have not dealt with their customer service because my shipment arrived in less than 24 hours. I have no idea how they did it - I assume it has something to do with Santa Clause but anyway, thanks a bunch.

I've spent almost $800 in the past 2 months at airsoftparts and everytime it's been awesome and pain free. I love that place and I hope they expand their product line even more

My ONLY retailer for parts when it comes to repair customer's guns, AEGs and GBB-Rs.

They got fast shipping, which is a big plus for me, as it reduces the repair time for customers.

+1 to all the positive comments!! My experiences have been nothing but positive in every respect! Have had to stop in and make an emergency purchase or two and have always been welcomed. Just have to keep from walking out with half the stock, airsoft stuff is better than crack! LOL.

using this step by step by step guide
Step 1: i email airsoft parts with my parts list.
Step 2: within 24 hours (even on weekends) Someone emails me back with a price breakdown and shipping total.
step 3: i email back something like "YEEEEEEEP"
step 4: i receive a paypal invoice within 24hrs
Step 4a: i accept the charge
step 5: wait
Step 6: Open a box of Goodness at my door. Feel all fuzzy and warm inside.

Airsoftparts.ca is the place to go! Hands down the best customer service you can get, and thats not just in the airsoft community.

Duy is the man! I don't even want to think about how much I have spent at Airsoftparts..I think I'd cry and my girlfriend would certainly kill me lol.

I get my stuff in 2 days every time, and 0 complaints. Excellent customer service and a great guy to ask questions to about things you want done to your gun.

Yet again Jugglez is the man, pre-ordered a VTac 13 rail and just got it late friday afternoon. Airsoftparts.ca is my go to store for any of my GBB needs.

I just did my second fairly large order within the past 6 months, on Wednesday afternoon. Two days later, the parts arrived and were installed and on my rifle. Jugglez/Duy/ASP rocks! I've not encountered a quicker turn-around in the airsoft retailer realm, and the product that he carries is definitely quality.

Definitely my go-to store of choice, domestically.

This is the first place I check for parts, they're pretty good for stock, but the shipping is just phenomenal. Their speed getting your order out the door coupled with canadapost's more-often-than-not fast service means when I order parts on monday, I've always gotten them in 3-5 days!
Always a pleasure to buy parts from them!

I try my best to ordering from this site as well as another one with a similar name - almost immediate response if you email with questions and being in hamilton its next day shipping.

side note: JUGGLEZ. DUDE. PLEASE. Get ARS brand stuff again preeze??

I've stopped leaving ASC feedback, he doesn't need more positive trader ratings anyway lol. One time I had to drive my mom to the airport at 5, so I asked him if dropping by at 6 was too early. He was okay with it, and once I got to his house at 6 am, he was chilling on his doorstep and even offered me some coffee...

He's just a really good guy, been buying stuff from him for 5 years.

Do i get paid for this? Hells no, but is a company worth spreading the word about so i do.
Not only does he have a great selection of stuff if there is something your looking for that you cant find locally just hit him up via email or pm and hes almost certian to be able to throw it on his next order for ya and save you a bunch of money vs ordering it online yourself.
Gotta love retailers that give a crap about airsoft and its players.

Amen. I saw this guy like 3 hours ago. He tests the equipment before selling it, and even advises me on how to install and use them.

I ordered yesterday at 2:40. Shipped this morning. Wow. Airsoft store did beat them, I ordered from them 20 minutes earlier, and the shipped 5 hours later. Still, great store.

So many great experiences with Airsoftparts, I try to order everything that I can from him. I had an issue with a battery I had ordered, he gave me a new one with my next order.

I've also had a lot of correspondence back and forth with him over different items on the site and their compatibility with other parts.

I would and have recommended his site to others on multiple occasions.

Bought a new magazine catch for my AK, it arrived two days later from Ontario to BC. That's just fast.

Ordered a couple of KJW 1911 CO2 mags for my Blackwater 1911. Great service, best price and best shipping costs. Not sure why his costs are lower than the other guys for the same Canada Post priority parcel but they are! Ordered it late in the evening one day last week. Got a confirmation right away. Shipped out fast on the next day. "Got to me" on Friday.

Now perhaps you are wondering why I put the quotation marks around "Got to me". That's cause it actually didn't get to me till Tuesday. That's is not Airsoftparts.ca's fault though. That's the fault of the delivery driver from Canada Post.

All in all quite happy with dealing with airsoftparts.ca. Will buy from them in the future.
