What is your favorite GBBR/ GBB SMG?

OK, I know that there is a thread between 2 WE guns but im more interested what people have to say when the top 10 GBBR/ GBB SMG's are put in a poll.

So.... Discuss...

Let people know which one you choose and the reasons behind your decision..

eg. Price, performance, upgrade availability, gameability, ect..

*EDIT*... I am aware that there are more GBBR's out there but the poll system only allows for 10 choices... And really... these are the most common ones

*ADDITIONAL EDIT* The polling system only allows for 10 items.. so i decided to go with the 10 most common ones.

Alot of people dont have the money for the G&P or INOKATSU models and they aren't as common in Canada as the ones listed above... so this poll is for the more general population.

In hindsight i should have gotten rid of the VFC M4 and put "other"

RacingManiac December 3rd, 2010 11:27

Of those I'd say the MP7, but you are missing the WAs(WA, G&P, Ino, KA, scratch builds...etc)

I like my new scratch built WA the best right now....

Well, having an MP5, Mac11, and SCAR with an M14 coming in shortly I like the SCAR overall for feel and balance. The Mac11 rocks for the RoF which is insane, and the MP5 as last because I've never been able to get it working even with 2 seperate sets of internals.

Crunchmeister December 3rd, 2010 11:45

You completely left out the main top of the line models like WA and Inokatsu in this list....

andrew321 December 3rd, 2010 11:55

Im balls deep in KJ system, and it hasnt let me down yet. Its simple, reliable, and companies are getting on board with upgrades.

Id like to handle the other brands/types. Will definitley pick up a TK AK!

I know, I already edited my first post saying that i have not gotten every GBBR out there. The polling system only allows for 10 items.. so i decided to go with the 10 most common ones.

I like the M4 and PDW systems. Tons of accessory options, replacement parts and upgrades out there. The mags are also interchangeable. The blowback on the PDW is very crisp and there is no wobble in the mag.

My vote goes for other and that's the Daytonagun (and/or other classic airsoft).

NB: I have never shot one before but just looking at the vids up on youtube they're SEXY pieces of machinery.

Failing that the next option for me would be something that uses the WE Open Bolt design (ie. WE PDW).

Amos December 3rd, 2010 12:36

KJW M4 GBBR :)

then the WE PDW

Saberwing December 3rd, 2010 12:59

KJW M4, I love her to death

Nakes December 3rd, 2010 13:29

Slightly offtopic, but has anyone touched one of those new System 7 KSC GBBRs? I had no idea they were even being made!

My favorite is the WE M4, since you can drop on real steal parts, and a real steel upper receiver very easily ;)

Crunchmeister December 3rd, 2010 13:44

I voted for the WE PDW, although it was a real toss-up between that and my KWA MP7. Both those guns are incredibly badass. BUt I think the PDW wins out for me by a small margin. I really do love that gun. I like these 2 guns more than my Inokatsu, although the Inokatsu is pretty impressive in its own right. They're just both more reliable IMO whereas I've had more than my share of issues with the Ino.

Gato December 3rd, 2010 14:10

WE M4, no contest, it doesn't use elastic bands or little metal bars to kewep trigger group parts in place, maximizing realism. Add to that, the fact I've never had any issues in the year or more I've owned it.

kullwarrior December 3rd, 2010 15:55

didn't bother to vote because the poll is biased ground up
You forgot to mentioned alot of stuff
You stated G&P is too expensive and as with Inokatsu...Hello which one of you pay $1200 for a WE m4 before cansoft we came?

Poll would've like to see to be fair would've been.
1. WE mk18/M4/M16/SCAR CQC (Internal system are nearly identical)
2. WE PDW Open/Closed, Short/Long
3. WE M14
4. WE G36
5. VFC mk18/m4/hk416
6. KJW mk18/m4
7. G&P WOC, King Arms AR, Inokatsu mk18/m4/sr-16/m16
8. GHK PDW
9. KSC/KWA MP7/MP9 (internal system once again are the same)
10. External Air Classic System (BV or Escort)

Just got my KWA MP9 last night and test fired on full auto today... My first proper experience with gas auto fire may have triggered a brief erection...

my WE M14 is an absolute joy to shoot, sure, it breaks EVERY FUCKING DAY, but after I fix it again, its an amazing gun, incredibly accurate with the stock barrel too

Knowing people with WE M14s and having one in my house, you're sounds like it's an exception.

More likely though, we need to take into consideration who own's it and who "works on/repairs" it

Thenooblord December 3rd, 2010 21:49

im betting ive fired it more than all the people you know that have it, I plink a few hundred shots, every day, not to mention 1-2 games a week on it

Possibly, but I'd be willing to bet that the people I know have a much better idea as to what they're doing when they crack the gun open. As for the M14, the one in my house isn't a wall hanger, she's been put through her paces with absolutely no issues.

DarkAngel December 3rd, 2010 22:34

I agree, poll is biased from the get go.

Just cause you think that Magnas arnt popular still, doesnt mean they arnt.

My vote would be on an Inokatsu M60 GBBR.
Too bad it doesnt exist... yet.

brixx December 4th, 2010 01:13

poll

I vote for KJW gbbr didnt fail me yet I love the durability of this one out of the box best performance.
