Sorry for the long time for response Kalnaren just been to busy and to tired. Not that old to me its about 10 months old. Been fielded once a month and more when it isn't to cold out. No problems what so ever yet seems to be a great gun. Had it Chronied this weekend at TWAT and again 380 fps average with .25 over 30 rounds and peaked at 397 fps twice over 30 rounds with .20 not to shabby

I'd be thinking about downgrading that spring.

RockinShaun May 7th, 2009 22:33

now that you mention it i have been thinking about doing just that. I actually want to swap the spring with the one in my TM M4 which is around 330 - 340 fps. I want to use the Broxa as a backup indoor gun and use my M4 as an outdoor just haven't found anyone with the time to swap them for me and upgrade some of the parts in the broxa while its open. I don't know why mine fires so hot compared to others but hopefully its not damaging to much being as strong as it is.

Um... no. A version 2 mechbox is not like a version 3 mechbox.

spaceman13 June 14th, 2009 22:12

All i can say about the aftermath product is as long as they exist i will make money fixing them lol.

qpwerx June 16th, 2009 05:50

i know that its not the same gearbox v2 to v3 but an aftermath vs an aftermath
same thing as to compare a g&g to an g&g

those two aeg is from the same construtor build whith the same material etc..
same quality inspection etc.... that what im talking about!

Grudge June 18th, 2009 14:43

I've been using my Broxa for about a year now. No problems. Chrono's at 365 average. Haven't had a mag misfeed since I lubed them. I'm going to be putting a higher Mah battery in.

I see what you mean. Yea, they're both CYMA mechboxes.

qpwerx June 18th, 2009 21:47

good

and those mech box work perfectly seriously
but do not like me dont put an 9.6v batteri in it
it ruins the mechbox but if you want to do it
you will then have to replace a lot of internals
like me
at worse case it will cost about 200$ to upgrade mechbox to
work with an 9.6v batt
and you will have missfeed anyways sometime till you change the hopup
for an metal one !!!
(by experience)
try it working good seriously!

kalnaren June 18th, 2009 21:51

It works *ok*. I would never make a claim that a CYMA mechbox works perfectly.

Grudge June 18th, 2009 22:17

I'll stick with the 8.4 volt, just going to get a higher Mah! I don't want to replace my mech box just yet! LOL

Haven't had a problem with the hopup (yet)! The only misfeeds I had was useing cheap mags and not lubing them first. Now the run smooth.
