You might wanna try some of that non-stick self-adhesive tape. They have some in ACU. Haven't used the camo one but I've used the white stuff for years (it was originally sold as bandaging material; very useful on pets). Anyway, dirt eventually clings to it a bit, but it won't stick to or leave sticky residue on whatever it's wrapped to. And it's reusable.

If I re-cam it I'll definitely buy the cam-tape, but I was just going to leave it as an HK11 for the time being and have the whole gun painted.

Every time i come to this thread, I get teh sudden urge to go out and buy a full acu loadout.. Even though i cant even play!!!

ACU is sex.

Everytime I see ACU I feel the urge to look through the classified section. I really have zero interest in the sports section, so you can have them. Lol, I can see ACU being pretty decent in winter though, seeing as how it sucks everywhere else (unless really dusty and dirty).

Actually, it becomes pretty dark in winter lol
You can see how dark my gun and LBE harness get in that winter pic. Where it really has an affect is at our ranch, tons of birch trees, and the real ACU really collects the color of your surroundings. If ACU was as bad as wearing black, JSOC would be doing nowhere near as well as we are lol
