A lipo will increase rate of fire.. it won't do anything to the FPS.
You're right it wont. The physics part of my noggin must have been on break.

what is the FPS velocity consistency like on your Broxa? +/-?

Someone (sorry can't remember his name) had a chrony today.
The chrony said a very consistent 253 - 256 fps with a .28g BB.
It was also -10 degrees out and the gun was cold so some loss of fps there.
Somewhere in this forum it says the conversion for fps with .20 and .28g BBs. I to lazy and tired to look it up now though.

Sha Do brought the chrony.

Mine still has the stock spring, but a whole bunch of upgraded mechbox parts, including steel tooth piston, metal piston & cylinder head, plus the sorbo pad & metal bushings & shims. I also put in an M4 tightbore barrel and cylinder. (A custom supressor covers the extra 6 inches of barrel length.

Anyway, now I've got awesome range & accuracy, bang on with my red dot every time, so = more kills.

Chronied at 353 consistently, don't know if the -10 C has any affect, though.

BTW, thanks to Huang, Jugglez, , Llotech, Schwag, and Hectic for all the parts/ advice. Even though I'm still a noob, I think I can consider myself a "good" noob! (or at least a half-assed one, LOL)

YouTube - Aftermath Broxa torture continues
this is for evryone that didnt know this gun so far.....
i own this gun last month i did already shoot about 20 000rds with
no problem except the stock mags which is very cheep
but i buy some hi n low cap mags from velocityarms and it run great
just dont think about uses of .23 .25 .28 or higher bb's beacause the accuracy is not verry good with .20 bb's wow
heavy weight , rate of fire great , feel nice , when paited look cool (4 rails to fill up with cool stuff , i recomend this gun to every one who want to have a cheep but efective gun for the price .
for 250$ cad im very very satisfied .

Took my broxa to salvation yesterday to chrony it came in at 380 fps with .25 consistently over 15 rounds. not bad for a backup

kalnaren April 27th, 2009 09:21

That's pretty close to the 400 limit by AEGs. Is the gun new? Spring might not have settled yet.

RockinShaun May 6th, 2009 22:54

Sorry for the long time for response Kalnaren just been to busy and to tired. Not that old to me its about 10 months old. Been fielded once a month and more when it isn't to cold out. No problems what so ever yet seems to be a great gun. Had it Chronied this weekend at TWAT and again 380 fps average with .25 over 30 rounds and peaked at 397 fps twice over 30 rounds with .20 not to shabby
