because of a 2 hour drive i would probably be considered a collecter by those standards

dragwindsor January 23rd, 2009 16:39

Voted both.

24 guns and I like to play.

Gamer. 1 AEG and 1 GBB. It's all I need for now, and all my $$ allows. I try to make it out as often as I can, and I'd be going to FR every week but frankly I just can't afford it right now. So I content myself with running sims in my head constantly. My G36 is my baby, but by no means is one gun a collection :P If I had the money I'd be at FR on mondays, TTAC tuesdays and fridays, Splatter's on thursdays, and any saturday game I could get my hands on. Alas....gas and entrance fees inhibit such wonton play. Watch out when I get a job again though....I have a strange feeling my paycheques won't last long :D I know right now I'm not out once every 3 weeks, but you can't blame a man for not whoring himself out for a couple of scrims a week, can you? :p

I Play and Collect, and I have used every gun I own.

Do you rent out your collection too?

Could also be another category for Rent Supplier

+1

Got a full stock CA M4 with a barrel mounted shorty M203 as primary, a Kraken project gun as backup/loaner, a TM mp5k (soon to be a pdw) for cqb, and a KJW M9 for a sidearm. Though I'm trying to get a KJW single stack 1911, my hands are just too small for the double stack guns. If I manage to get one, it suits me and I can get enough mags then I'll probably sell off the M9, no point in having something you're not going to use. So I guess definitely not a collector.

It's actually a little more interesting in practice. See Drag likes his guns a lot... and will have no less then 5 gas guns + aeg on his person at all times. So if you run out of ammo or need a weapon, it's more of a walk 5 feet to the "gun store" to see what his selection is for that particular round.
